My sweet mother is homebound at a nursing home. It is a difficult adjustment for all of us, but she is receiving good care. One thing she has really missed is going to church, a huge and central part of her faith and life practice for all of her life. So, when our church offered a Homebound Banquet in April, inviting those who don't usually get to attend church, my mother REALLY wanted to go, so we did! She got to see some old friends, we had wonderful food and entertainment, too. Here is Mother with wonderful friends we've known and loved for over 40 years. Great legacy. Thanks to God for such relationships.
