Anna-Jane brought her Mommy to visit us this month, and we are loving the chance to try to love on her. I say 'try to' because she is sick, and she will have nothing but Mommy! Her high fever one night made us almost dash to the ER, but ibuprofen did the trick, and she was much better the next day. However, tonight she seems uncomfortable--maybe a sore throat or just being stopped up.
The other side of the story is that this is same scene, third verse. When Bree, Kyle, and Anna-Jane came to Christmas, Anna-Jane brought a virus, and then shared it with all of us (it's nice that she shares!). Kyle's grandmother died in January, so they came to TX for the funeral. They hadn't planned to even come by here, but while on the road, Anna-Jane got VERY sick (see the Leonard blog), and Bree and Anna-Jane stayed here to recoup and visit the ER. And we all got it...the 2 of us, Bree and Kyle, and Robin and Josh, too!
This time, Bree drove with Anna-Jane AND their dog. And I think they sneaked a virus in the car with them, because soon after she got here, that fever started. Yesterday Josh had a sore throat, and today Larry does too!
We're hoping and praying for better health for everyone tomorrow.

Poor little baby is gonna get a complex about coming to Texas! I'm so sorry she got sick again! Hope she feels better soon.
